Please support us…

The impact of COVID-19 is a real threat to the future of Bryngarw Country Park, which provides enjoyment to over 220,000 visitors a year.

We have taken the difficult decision to close the visitor facilities at Bryngarw until further notice, to play our part in tackling the spread of coronavirus.

Bryngarw is managed by Awen Cultural Trust, a registered charity. It costs us over £120,000 every year to protect and improve the park now and for future generations.

Most of our income comes from car parking charges, season tickets and school group visits and our events programme. Without these, the vast majority of our income is gone.

We will need to cancel most of the events affected by our closure. We will be contacting all ticket holders over the next few days to arrange your refunds.

If your circumstances allow and you would like to consider donating the value of your tickets – or indeed anything at all – we would be ever so grateful.

All donations we receive will go towards helping us to manage and maintain Bryngarw in the coming months, and invest in facilities that will benefit all park visitors when we reopen.

Thank you for your continued support.
